Because of this, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference or style issues
- Ordering the wrong product
Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Because all products are made-to-order, production begins shortly after purchase.

SHIPPING ISSUES
8 Badge is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delays caused by carriers
