ORDER PROCESSING

All 8 Badge products are made-to-order.

  • Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days
  • More complex designs (embroidery, custom labels) may take longer

 Most orders are manufactured and shipped within about a week 

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been produced, shipping times are as follows:

🇺🇸 United States

  • Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Some shipments may be delivered with duties prepaid depending on order size 

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Typical example:

  • Production: 2–7 days
  • Shipping: 3–10 days

Total: ~5–14 business days

Please allow 5–14 business days for delivery as each item is made to order.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • International postal partners

Orders are fulfilled from facilities in the United States to ensure efficient delivery.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking is automatically generated and sent once your order is fulfilled

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Number of items

DELAYS

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday seasons

 Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DUTIES

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes
  • Some shipments may be delivered duties paid, depending on region and order size

Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges unless otherwise stated.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8 Badge is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered, 8 Badge is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability and production location.
